REGISTRATION

Q. How do I register for the SLA-AGC Annual Conference & Exhibition?
A. You can go to the SLA-AGC 2012 annual conference website , Click on Register Now and choose between online OR onsite registration. If you want to pay your registration online Click on this Link. And if you want to register onsite, please Click on this link, You may also download a PDF registration form from the bottom of the Register Now page.

Q. What is included in the FULL registration fee?
A. The registration fee covers entry into, general sessions, concurrent sessions, exhibition and receptions. There are hundreds of sessions to choose from!

Q. How much is the conference registration fee?

ACCOMMODATION

Q. How do I make reservations for my accommodation during the SLA-AGC Annual Conference & Exhibition?
A. Three hotels have been selected to serve as conference hotels and offer discounted conference rates. You may make reservations at any of the conference hotels through the accommodation Link. Please keep in mind that by your staying at one of our conference hotels, SLA is able to negotiate better rates for future conferences. It also helps us keep the meeting space rental to a minimum.

Q. What is the Hotel Cancellation Policy?
A. All cancellations and changes must be received by 20 Feb 2012. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of deposit and cancellation of the room for the remainder of the reservation period. GENERAL INFORMATION

Q. How many people usually attend the SLA-AGC Annual Conference & Exhibition?
A. Recent years have seen between 500-700 conference attendees.

Q. Where is the SLA Annual Conference & INFO-EXPO held?
A. Each year the conference is held in a different GCC. Locations are selected according to GCC Alphabetical order. The selected venue is typically a Hotel OR convention center with sufficient meeting rooms to accommodate the many simultaneous programs, meetings, and events that occur during the week. The conference hotels provide additional space for conference activities. All rooms are climate-controlled and smoking is typically prohibited in the indoor spaces.
